What is it good for?

Common area plate glass, signage or special glass where it is not otherwise insured under a lease agreement, can also be insured. My property is considered ‘high risk’ – what insurers can help with my building insurance?

Buildings containing asbestos, EPS or other sandwich panelling (PIR, PUR and Phenolic foams) within the construction can pose a problem.


Perhaps even the location itself such asd proximity to bushland or flood prone areas poses a higher than usual risk to insurers.
